I provide a laid-back approach where we will have open dialogue to increase insight and awareness. Even though we are working on challenges and life difficulties, I create an environment where sessions are fun and positive. You may laugh, you may cry, but the goal is to leave you with more hope than what you came with.

I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, but I will always find the one that suits you and your individual needs.

You are the expert of your life; I’m simply the guide who will point you in the direction of the peace and joy that already lies within you.

Are you ready to get started?

Make your peace a priority and schedule your free consultation with me today.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor practicing in North Carolina and the sole owner and therapist of Peaceful Resolutions, PLLC.

I was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina and moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in the Fall of 2019. It was always evident to me that I wanted to serve others and help them navigate their mental health journey. Finding balance in daily life, relationships, and work can be challenging. Through the practice of my own growth, along with my education; I have identified many tools that have been proven to be useful for bringing awareness, coping, and healing.

When I am not doing therapy, I like to spend time with my dog Terry, enjoy dinner with friends, or take a nice vacation near water.

I have practiced in many areas of the mental health sector.

My experience includes working with various severe and persistent mental health conditions, in-home therapy with children and teens with behavioral concerns and providing outpatient services to children, teens, and adults.

I thoroughly enjoy seeing my clients make huge life shifts using the skills that they learn in therapy. In our sessions, you can expect a safe space where you’ll be able to freely express yourself and learn the techniques for overcoming: anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship difficulties, and traumatic experiences.
