What can I expect from therapy?

The first session consists of an comprehensive assessment to learn about you and your presenting problem. During this session, we will establish goals that will be the focus of your sessions. A diagnosis may be given and we will discuss what your needs are from a clinical standpoint. Ongoing sessions are 50-55 minutes.
What are your session rates?

The private pay rate is a flat rate of $150. *If you are in a financial hardship, sliding scale reduced rate slot options available
What insurances do you accept?

I accept insurance plans BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, United and Medcost. You are responsible for understanding your mental health benefits through your insurance. Your sessions may be covered in full or partial depending upon your plan. I also accept out of network plans, and can provide you a superbill so that your insurance company can reimburse you.
How do I schedule an appointment?

You can complete the contact form and I will respond within 24-48 hours. The therapist may request a consultation with you based off information given in the contact form to further make sure we are a good fit.
What type of appointments do you offer?

We offer both in-person and virtual appointments, depending on the client's preference.
Do you provide Emotional Support Animal Letters?

The therapist will provide ESA letters to current clients that have had a therapeutic relationship with therapist for at least 6 sessions.
